Free UK delivery
Delivery is free on every order to a UK address. There is no minimum spend.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are normally dispatched within 4–6 working days. Standard UK delivery then usually takes a further 4–6 working days. Please allow approximately 8–12 working days in total from order to delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates; at busy times they may take a little longer.
Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched we will email you. You can check your order at any time on our Order status page or in your account.
Delivery problems
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please email [email protected] with your order number and we will put it right.
