Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account to see your order history and save your addresses.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been dispatched we will change or cancel it. Once dispatched, you can return it under our returns policy.
How do I know my order has been placed?
You will receive an order confirmation email straight away. If it has not arrived, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on every order within the United Kingdom.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
How long will my order take?

Returns
Can I return something?
Yes. You can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. See Returns & refunds.
When will I get my refund?
We refund within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method.
