2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place on our website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
3. Our products
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the real item, and leather is a natural material, so small variations in grain and tone are normal and are not a fault.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order we will email you to acknowledge it. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred; if so we will tell you and refund any payment taken.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery within the UK is free. Payment is taken when you place your order, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. If we discover an obvious pricing error we will contact you before accepting your order.
6. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates and are set out on our Shipping & delivery page. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Your right to cancel and returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, as described on our Returns & refunds page.
8. Faulty goods
We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. We supply products for domestic and private use only.
10. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
11. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and the NOVIDO name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without our permission.

14. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please see our Complaints page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
